Single Stamp Release

A few weeks ago, Stampin' Up! had some neat news about offering up some single stamps from larger stamp sets for sale. They had good success, so they decided to offer up some more just a few days ago. Here's their release about the offer. It sums it up much more succinctly than I ever could!

A few weeks ago we announced that until January 2, 2013, you and your customers have the opportunity to purchase single stamps from the Word Play, Perfectly Penned, and Seasonal Sayings Stamp Sets. Based on the interest we have seen so far, it appears that both demonstrators and customers love them! And now we are excited to let you know that we have added ten more individual images-including three images that you have never seen before!
Details

• These stamps are available on any order type-customer, demonstrator, workshop, or online.
• You can find the stamp item numbers on the flyers.
• We will not promote this offer on the Customer site until November 1, so it's up to you to spread the word. However, the single stamps can be ordered in the online store.
• These won't be sent to you in our typical cases or packaging; they'll be packaged in cello bags. If you'd like a case for your stamp, you can buy our Clear-Mount Stamp Cases that come in packs of four (item 119105).
• This offer is available for clear-mount stamps only.
• The stamps won't come with a Clear-Mount Block, and you'll need to buy a block separately if you don't already have one. The recommended block sizes can be found on the flyers.
• There's no limit on how many pieces you can buy.
• Remember that this is a pilot program, so take advantage of it while you can!

Card Buffets

Well, well, well....October kept me busy with card buffet classes. I'm looking forward to a successful and busy November full of them as well! And maybe a little turkey and family time in there too...

Here's a design I used on one of the buffets in October:


Unfortunately, this card uses a retired stamp set, Holiday Happiness. I earned it during Sale-A-Bration in 2011. Can you believe that Sale-A-Bration 2013 is almost here? I can't! January...it's just right around the corner!

November Class Dates

I wanted to go ahead and post my November class dates. I've added a new date for two of my card buffet offerings, so make sure to put the new offerings down on your calendar.

(I recommend Tombow liquid adhesive, which Stampin' Up! sells. I will have extras on hand to purchase if you forget your adhesive.) Bonus Supplies: Snips/Scissors; Bone Folder & Personal Paper Cutter; Clear Blocks (If you bring any/all of the bonus supplies to class, you'll get a ticket entered into a drawing for a free stamp set at the end of November. I will let the winner know after all tickets have been gathered.) If you finish early, you can make more cards at $2.50 each.

I will have extras on hand to purchase if you forget your adhesive.) Also REQUIRED is an RSVP for this class. Due to limited albums, and the need to order your class supplies, I will require you to RSVP to these classes. RSVP must be received a week in advance of the class date. Stampin' Up! has revealed it's new Stampin' Trimmer!
